Return & Refund Policy

Eligible returns

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund process

Since payment is collected on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or e-wallet once the returned item is confirmed received.
